Nishan Rajaratnam, MD

Dr. Nishan Rajaratnam is a board-certified infectious disease and internal medicine physician with advanced expertise in managing complex and high-risk infections. His clinical focus includes transplant-related and oncology-associated infections, invasive fungal diseases, complex orthopedic infections, and the care of immunocompromised patients.

Dr. Rajaratnam earned his medical degree from All Saints University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at Hackensack Meridian Health – Palisades Medical Center. He went on to pursue specialized fellowship training in infectious diseases at University Hospital in Newark.

Dr. Rajaratnam joined the Englewood Health Physician Network in 2025, where he provides comprehensive infectious disease care, including health screenings, immunizations, and HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). He is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to the community.
