Diana Torres is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-C) with more than 18 years of nursing experience in primary care, geriatrics, infection prevention, and public health. She is also certified in Infection Control (CIC) and is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care focused on prevention, wellness, and individualized treatment planning.

Ms. Torres earned her Master of Science in Nursing from William Paterson University and has experience caring for patients across diverse outpatient settings. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to the communities she serves.
